Fully automatic copper-clad laminate roll-to-sheet drilling mechanism, achieving an integrated process of feeding, drilling and cutting. This significantly enhances production efficiency, serving as specialised equipment tailored for copper-clad laminate drilling. It replaces traditional mechanical drilling machines, enabling fully automated unattended operation with zero dust, noise and consumables.   


Working Principle: The fully automated roll-to-sheet drilling mechanism integrates feeding, drilling, and cutting into a single process, substantially boosting production efficiency. It employs branded solid-state nanosecond ultraviolet lasers and professional optical components, delivering excellent beam quality, a compact focused spot, and uniform power distribution. High-speed motion vibration systems and motion systems enable rapid copper foil drilling.   


Efficiency and Quality: Fully automated loading/unloading drilling process enables unattended operation. Paired with a professional optical system, it delivers excellent spot roundness, eliminating common issues such as blackening, clogged holes, or residue on finished parts while maintaining high speed.  


Wide Application: Employed for copper foil drilling in the PCB industry.


Motion System: Combines high-precision, low-drift galvanometers with rapid linear motor platforms to maintain micron-level accuracy during high-speed cutting.


Vision System: Utilises high-resolution, branded CCD cameras and lenses for precise automatic positioning and focusing. Features a proprietary vision model capture module suitable for acquiring any feature point.   


Dust extraction system: The suction system eliminates all cutting fumes, preventing harm to operators and environmental pollution.


Calibration system: Automatic galvo mirror calibration and auto-focusing achieve full automation. Laser displacement sensors automatically adjust the focal point to the work surface height, enabling rapid alignment for time and labour savings.
