Launching the next-generation fully automated UV laser cutting system for FPC/PCB, spearheading the advancement of flexible electronics manufacturing.

Huoyan Laser, a domestic high-tech enterprise specialising in precision laser application solutions, has officially launched its newly upgraded "Fully Automated Ultraviolet Laser Precision Cutting System for FPC/PCB". Addressing pain points in flexible circuit board and precision rigid board processing, this system deeply integrates a highly stable ultraviolet laser source, high-precision AI vision positioning, and an online intelligent dust removal module. It achieves over 30% improvement in processing efficiency while maintaining positioning accuracy within ±5 micrometres. This provides a powerful tool for producing miniaturised electronic components in fields such as 5G communications and smart wearables.


As electronic products evolve towards lighter, thinner, and more flexible designs, processing demands for FPC and high-density PCBs grow increasingly stringent. Traditional mechanical processing and early laser techniques suffer from issues such as stress damage, insufficient precision, and dust contamination. The newly launched system from Huoyan Laser employs proprietary "multi-focus energy control technology" to effectively resolve process challenges such as cutting surface inclination and material scorching. Its integrated AI vision system automatically detects material expansion/contraction and positional deviation, dynamically compensating the processing path in real-time to ensure pattern consistency.
